Project Description

Mrsool is one of the largest delivery platforms in Saudi Arabia and is now set out to expand into the ride-hailing sector, leveraging its extensive user base and logistics expertise. To bring this vision to life, a dedicated team was formed in India, Delhi to design and develop the new product.

Collaborated with a fellow designer in crafting the MVP within an ambitious two-month timeline.
The project required development of three core platforms:

  1. Customer App – Designed for effortless ride booking, reliability, and trust.

  2. Driver App – Optimized for navigation, earnings management, and operational efficiency.

  3. Backend System – Ensuring smooth ride-matching, payments, and support functionalities.

We conducted research to gather key insights - spoke to lot drivers of Uber and Ola to understand their pain points as well users.

Leveraging the expertise of our product lead - who had prior experience in Saudi Arabia’s delivery market, we gained a deep understanding of local user behaviors and industry challenges.

Wireframes

Wireframes

With research insights in place, we moved quickly into wireframing to map out the core user flows. Given the tight timeline, we focused on low-fidelity wireframes for rapid iteration and validation. While i created the final UI, the tech picked wireframes and started building the architecture of the apps
